End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

MovGroup Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Movel application on any device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or make the app available to third parties.
• Use the app for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MovGroup Ltd.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the app.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, graphics, and trademarks within Movel are the exclusive property of MovGroup Ltd. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the application or its content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Movel application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MovGroup Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the application.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MovGroup Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
