How to log a workout — Open Movel, tap the "+" button, and select your workout type. Use the slider to rate intensity on a simple scale from 1 to 10, add an optional note, and save. The whole process takes under 20 seconds.

How to rate your day quality — At the end of each day, Movel prompts you to rate how you felt overall. Slide the scale to reflect your energy, mood, and recovery. This daily snapshot builds your personal trend over time.

Understanding Your Data

What the trends chart shows — The trends view plots your workout intensity alongside your day quality ratings over time. This dual view helps you spot correlations — for example, whether heavy training days affect how you feel the next day.

How training load is calculated — Training load is derived from the frequency and intensity of your logged workouts over a rolling window. Higher intensity and more frequent sessions increase your load score, helping you balance effort and recovery.

Account & Settings

How to reset your data — Go to Settings → Data Management → Reset All Data. This will permanently delete all your logged workouts and day ratings. This action cannot be undone.

Notification settings — Movel can send you a daily reminder to rate your day. Adjust the timing or disable notifications entirely in Settings → Notifications.
